i3net is excited to host the upcoming Defence Industry Forum: Unlocking the True Potential of Autonomous Maritime Systems, on July 17, 2024, at The Pavilion in Kiama, NSW.

The Illawarra Shoalhaven Region in New South Wales is primed for the emergence of autonomous maritime platforms, with its cutting-edge industrial sector, coastal assets and a top-tier university.

The forum, moderated by Commodore Vince Di Pietro, AM, CSC, RAN, and former Chief Executive of Lockheed Martin Australia and New Zealand, will feature discussions on regional capabilities, future applications and SME readiness for defence sector integration. Distinguished speakers include leaders from the Royal Australian Navy,  Joint Capabilities Division, Anduril Australia and Asia Pacific, MSubs, Nova Systems, QinetiQ, Northrop Grumman Australia, Navantia Australia, BAE Systems, and more.
