Summary of project and joint venture partners
Transgrid is delivering the HumeLink project in partnership with ACCIONA and GenusPlus Group Ltd Joint Venture and UGL and CPB Contractors Joint Venture.
HumeLink is a 500 kV overhead transmission line that will connect Wagga Wagga, Bannaby and Maragle with approximately 365 km of proposed new transmission lines and includes new or upgraded infrastructure at four substations.
The project offers significant opportunities for local industry, including employment and supplier participation at both regional and national levels. The ACCIONA and GenusPlus Group Ltd Joint Venture and the UGL and CPB Contractors Joint Venture are excited to introduce some of these future opportunities with local business at the i3net and ICN Industry Breakfast.
