The Australian Defence Consultancy Group (ADCG) is a small and rapidly growing defence industry partner with 14 years of experience and is a recognised leader in four pillars that are vital to realising the full potential of the AUKUS submarine program:

1. Security Clearance Sponsorship and Management. ADCG is one of the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency’s (AGSVA) most trusted and reliable partners for sponsoring candidates at Baseline, Secret (NV1) and Top Secret (NV2) level. ADCG has sponsored more than 2,700 clearances, around 170 Small Medium Enterprises/Businesses (SME/SMB) and several major corporations such as Amazon Web Services, SalesForce, Adobe, Google, ServiceNow and Rolls Royce who have chosen to outsource their Security Clearance management to ADCG.
   
2. Defence Industry Security Program Accreditation. ADCG assists SME/SMB with their application for the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) accreditation, providing experienced consultants and a powerful alliance network across all four DISP components of Governance, Personnel, Facilities Security, Information & Cyber.
   
3. Personnel Consultancy and Contracting Services. The ADCG Consultancy and Contracting Practice provides access to a network of security cleared candidates (1,600 and growing) as individuals or responsive, small managed teams for project tasks, that are suitable for long- or short-term employment in Government and Defence industry. ADCG is quickly expanding this capability to provide talented individuals and teams of consultants optimised to meet the needs of Government, Defence, and Industry.
   
4. Teaming and Strategic Alliance Building. Deeply connected to the Australian Defence Industry, ADCG has an extensive network of both clients and partners that work together to be Defence and Government Ready to meet the expanding needs of Australia’s dynamic security environment.
