Shaun Jenkinson brings more than 25 years’ experience across the pharmaceutical, medical equipment and medical devices sectors in Australia and the UK. Since joining ANSTO in 2010, Shaun has led key commercial operations and played a major role in strengthening ANSTO’s domestic and international growth. With a background in biotechnology and business leadership, he is focused on innovation, operational excellence and building strong industry partnerships for future growth.
Jeremy Moss Chief Procurement Officer (Enterprise Services) | ANSTO
Jeremy’s role encompasses leading ANSTO’s enterprise-wide procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain transformation within a highly regulated scientific and research environment.
Prior to joining ANSTO, Jeremy Moss served in various high-profile executive and advisory roles, including:
- Senior Programme Assurance Leader at the Reserve Bank of Australia
- Chief Procurement Officer at the ASX
- Global Head of Technology Strategy, Performance, and Procurement at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA)
He has an extensive background as an M&A lawyer, management consultant, and senior executive, with over two decades of experience spanning financial services, government, and consulting.
Raquel Bloom Regional Manager Greater Western Sydney | ICN NSW
Raquel is an Australian Certified Economic Development practitioner (ACEcD) with a MBA and Leadership diploma and more than 22 years’ experience across high-growth Western Sydney councils. She has led major Economic and Community Development initiatives focused on industry support, workforce development, business capacity building and investment attraction, and is recognised for her collaborative approach. Passionate about improving liveability and economic outcomes for Western Sydney, her role at ICN has strengthened meaningful collaboration between government, industry and local businesses to support grassroots economic growth.
