At Illawarra Engineering Services (IES) We pride ourselves on selecting high quality
engineering and constructionpersonnel who share our ideals and reflect them in their day-to-day work. The utilisation of a cross-functional structure and up to 150 employees at any one time has enabled us to contract and sub-contract for some of Australia’s major construction companies and industry leaders; firms such as Thomas & Coffey Ltd, Carbon Energy Ltd, Boral (Blue Circle Southern Cement Ltd), Thiess, McConnell Dowell and Energy Developments Pty Ltd.

Our Managing Director Paul Hadley has over 20 years’ experience in the heavy construction industry. He has maintained a positive increase in the scale of projects IES has been awarded after the inception of the company in 1992. His skills include budget planning, meeting production goals, maintaining client relationships and motivating project managers. His experience enables him to envision project issues and goals and overcome any obstacles.
